Icke \u00f6nskv\u00e4rd radioaktiv str\u00e5lning reduceras med denna riktade metod. Protokoll f\u00f6r radioaktiv m\u00e4rkning av immunceller har optimerats och uppr\u00e4ttats. F\u00f6rdelningen av radioaktivt m\u00e4rkta immunceller (humana stromaceller, r\u00e5ttmakrofager, humana perifera mononukle\u00e4ra celler) i kroppen har f\u00f6ljts i djurmodeller med hj\u00e4lp av avbildningsstudier med positronemissionstomografi (PET). Ett manuskript med initiala resultat \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande under granskning. \u00d6vers\u00e4ttning av resultaten som f\u00f6rberedelse till kliniska studier har inletts. Dessutom har vi radioaktivt m\u00e4rkt en hj\u00e4rntum\u00f6rspecifik skorpion-giftpeptid. Den radioaktiva inm\u00e4rkningen var framg\u00e5ngsrik och vi kunde p\u00e5visa att den radioaktivt inm\u00e4rkta peptiden kunde binda till gliomceller i hj\u00e4rnan hos m\u00f6ss.
