Research

With focus on our most common diseases and medical challenges. Our current research areas include Imaging and non-invasive methods, AI in healthcare, and Bioelectronic medicine.

Research programmes

Each research area is covered by one or more research programmes. The research may include prevention as well as diagnosis and therapy. The areas are determined after the top managers of the major hospitals and the primary health care have identified needs, and Karolinska Institutet and KTH Royal Institute of Technology have commented on research interests and competence.
